What I feel is important
While working with a customer, I like to have fun. If one is self-employed, having fun makes it much easier to be self-disciplined. This is extremely important when owning/operating one's own business. Can you imagine what it would be like if you didn't HAVE to go to a job in which you hated??? I doubt that very much work would get done. Having fun is what makes me love my job and work the hours that I work! This benefits YOU!
Another important part of this job is getting to know you, your likes, dislikes and what you feel is important. I tend to be a little coy in going about this, so I won't reveal any of my secrets at this point. But trust me ...I do not stalk my customers, at least not without their knowledge. ~grin~
In doing the above mentioned, your site will have a very personal feel to it and this is extremely important. Your Web site and everything about it should reflect your personality, not the person's personality who is building it for you.
